Riesling has become more and more successful variety, associated with white wines from Central - Western Europe. Rejected in the second half of the twentieth century, is now experiencing a renaissance. In youth, wine from this variety appears aromas of citrus and white fruit with a tunes of wild flowers, and sometimes honey - and this is just our Riesling. Floral honey is melted in the chocolate. On a bar we can find apples, jasmine in
sugar, which scents and flavors are broken by addition by lemon.
